Hampshire Coffee Morning

Join Emer Cullen-Taylor, our Hampshire Regional Representative for an in-person coffee morning this Easter!  A lovely way to build a strong community of parent-teachers, locally.

Sustain and Grow Group Coaching – Tuesday Cohort

Parental Leave Group Coaching – Summer Cohort

The summer cohort of our Parental Leave group coaching programme begins today!

For teachers, leaders and others working in education, this three-session programme invites you to explore the key themes of identity, change, confidence and plans for the future with a supportive small group of colleagues currently on parental leave.

Making a Flexible Working Request

Tuesday 23rd April, 9:30-11:00am, online 

Teachers, leaders and other school staff hoping to work part-time or flexibly can join The MTPT Project and the DfE for this free webinar.  We’ll share your legal entitlements and the responsibilities of both employer and employee, different models of flexible working, and guide you through designing a flexible working request that gives you the balance that you want and need.

Life Friendly Leadership – Summer Cohort

Tuesday 30th April, 9:30-11:00am, online 

For school and HR leaders working at school and Trust level, the live cohort of our Life Friendly Leadership programme will meet for five fortnightly workshops between April and July exploring practical ways to make your school / Trust a more life-friendly place to work. 

Focusing on teacher retention, staff wellbeing, and inclusive practices, the workshops will provide key information and discussion opportunities around the current retention landscape, the legalities of the expectancy, parental leave and return to work period, and the use and implementation of key policy documents. 

Participants will leave each session with concrete strategies to use in their settings, as appropriate to their roles to make significant positive changes to organisational cultures and staff experiences.

Pregnancy and Maternity Discrimination: what to know and what to do
