Our coaching programmes are fully inclusive of teachers, leaders and support staff of all parenting identities, including those working in central Trust roles.

Life Friendly Leadership – May Cohort
Begins Thursday 7th May, 15:30-16:30, online
Join us for a live cohort of our Life Friendly Leadership programme, where we’ll be supporting leaders in education to understand and address the motherhood penalty, and the damaging impact it is having on our workforce.
This is a programme for leaders working at school or MAT level, including HR, SBM and People Management colleagues. We also invite EDI and CPD leads, or union secretaries working at branch or district level to join us.
Participants on former cohorts have (some examples) increased parental leave and pay in their organisations, established more inclusive CPD cultures, developed a regional plan to support colleagues on parental leave, set up on-site nurseries, made family policies more inclusive, and improved feedback opportunities for parent-staff in their workforces.
Cohorts begin in November and May. If you are currently on a period of maternity, adoption or shared parental leave but work in one of the positions listed above, please contact us about funding options.
Tickets are available on Eventbrite.
