Coaching

We offer a “Cradle to Classroom” package of coaching and transition support to colleagues working in education.

Our different programmes and workshops support you at each stage of your parenting journey, and help you to make choices about your personal and professional life that are right from you.

Coaching over the parental leave and transition period can result in improved wellbeing, positive occupational mobility, and retention within the teaching profession.  Read more about the impact of our 1:1 coaching programmes in our 2025 Coaching Impact Survey report.

Our Parental Leave group coaching programme and Return to Work workshops are fully-funded for colleagues working in state schools in England.  Fully funded access to our Sustain and Grow group coaching programme are available in most regions in England.

Stay updated on our progress to secure fully-funded access to all of our programmes by joining our mailing list or get in touch to contribute to our fundraising.

Pockets of criteria-based funding are available to access a block of x 4 1:1 coaching sessions – see below for further details.

School and systems leaders can learn more about sharing our fully-funded opportunities with staff in our short information video.
