Mosaic by Penrose Education
Mosaic are an ed tech platform providing a centralised online space for ITT providers, trainees and their mentors.
Mosaic and The MTPT Project have a formal sponsorship arrangement, which supports us with our core costs, explores potential tech-for-CPD opportunities, and helps to support colleagues entering the profession when they are already parents.

CVP Group
CVP Group are an apprenticeship provider, specialising in providing a Level 5 Coaching apprenticeship, and a Teaching Assistant apprenticeship.
Having completed one or more of our coaching programmes, our MTPT community see for themselves the impact of coaching individuals and within organisations and they want the skills to make a similar difference in their networks.

The English Association are one of our subject-specific sponsors, who provide funding for their members to benefit from our 1:1 coaching programmes during parental leave, and over the return to work period.

Cradle to Classroom Network Funders
Our largest collaborative partnership, the funding team behind our Cradle to Classroom programme of parental transition support is made up of more than 60 organisations, ranging from Teaching School Hubs, multi-academy Trusts, existing partners, headteacher networks and NEU districts.
Our Cradle to Classroom funders believe fiercely in the importance of our parent-educator community to the health of our workforce, and many have worked with us since 2021 and before, to ensure that better provision is in place to support and retain these valuable colleagues.

Harris Federation
Harris Federation partner with The MTPT Project to provide fully-funded 1:1 coaching to staff during the parental leave period, and up to five years following their return to work.
Since 2019, we have supported Harris Federation colleagues to continue their careers in education when they become parents.

Oasis Community Learning
Oasis partner with The MTPT Project to provide fully-funded 1:1 coaching to staff over the first 12 months of their return to work following maternity, adoption or shared parental leave.
Since 2023, we have supported Oasis colleagues to continue their careers in education when they become parents.

As an associate for The Belonging Effect, (formerly Diverse Educators) Founder Emma Sheppard contextualises the work of The MTPT Project within the wider framework of belonging and inclusion work both in schools and other organisations.

Founder, Emma Sheppard acts as the pregnancy and maternity specialist associate for Being Luminary, an organisation offering DEIB training to schools in the UK and internationally.
