Parental Leave Group Coaching (SPR 2) – Transition and Identity
February 1, 2022 @ 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
A sense of community and appropriate communication from schools during parental leave can help teachers to continue to feel engaged with their professional identity. This series of three 60 minute workshops are designed for groups of teachers on parental leave and cover the following themes:
Transition and Identity: who am I now?
Limiting Beliefs: why not?
Empowered Self: parental leave, my way
As well as providing teachers with the headspace for reflection and goal-setting, group coaching sessions enable teachers to build supportive relationships within The MTPT Project community.
